Game Table Freight Shipping

Most game tables from Golden Age Hub are shipped via freight. Unlike standard UPS/Fedex deliveries, freight delivery processes differ significantly. It is crucial to familiarize yourself with all the details in our Shipping & Returns Policy. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Shipping & Returns Policies in their entirety.

Order Confirmation

Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation via email. This indicates that we have received your order, and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. We reach out to our suppliers to confirm stock availability. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email. If the item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. By ordering, you acknowledge responsibility for ensuring the item fits your home, and any returns due to size will be at your expense.

Order Shipment

Your order will typically ship within 4-5 business days from the order date, though our aim is to fulfill orders promptly. Please anticipate delivery within 7-10 business days with no guarantees.

We provide free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. For orders over $100 shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, off-shore U.S. territories, and internationally, a shipping surcharge applies. Orders under $100 will incur a shipping charge, quoted at checkout.

Your order may be shipped via UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, or a freight carrier for larger items. Default shipping is curbside delivery, and it's your responsibility to move and assemble the product. Ensure the product can fit through doorways. For more delivery options, contact our customer service.

All heavy items are shipped via freight with an approximate delivery time of 5-7 business days. Shipping lead times may extend during holiday/rush periods or supplier warehouse backlogs, in which case, we'll promptly inform you.

Upgraded Shipping Options

During checkout, you can opt for "Inside Delivery" and "White Glove Delivery" at an additional cost. Some products may not be eligible for upgraded shipping. In such cases, we'll process the order with "Curbside Delivery" at no extra charge.

Does Delivery Include Setup?

Standard delivery is curbside, excluding setup. If you require professional setup, find a local installer, as professional setup through freight companies can exceed $1,000.

Shipping Receiving Instructions

It is essential to adhere to our shipping guidelines to protect yourself from shipping damage. Report damages promptly to ensure quick resolution and replacement parts. For damaged goods, follow the protocol outlined in our guidelines.

How To Properly Receive Your Poker And Game Tables:

Box Count: Inspect all boxes and ensure you have all pieces from your order. Report missing boxes to the driver and note it on the bill of lading.

Check for Damage: Inspect all boxes for damage. If a box appears punctured or smashed, open it to check for damage. Note any damage on the bill of lading. Failure to note damage on the bill of lading releases the shipping company from liability.

In Case of Damage: Note damage to the driver and have it in writing on the bill of lading. Send an email to with photos of the damage, and we'll expedite replacement shipping.

DO NOT accept damaged boxes; send them back with the driver. Retain boxes in good condition.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

  • We accept returns up to thirty (30) days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs and restocking fees for the return.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will review and resolve these issues on a case-by-case basis and try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
